I was brought up by a strong, supportive family, who went through some rocky times. This taught me the invaluable lessons of hard work, tenacity, and how to figure things out if you are going to achieve your full potential.

During my time in college, I had the incredible opportunity to join a small startup as one of the first employees. I worked alongside the founders, playing a fundamental role in building the business from the ground up and learning the ins and outs of entrepreneurship.

The Entrepreneurial Seed

Over the next decade, we transformed our business from a single location into a nationwide brand with 50+ locations. During this growth, I was a key visionary and executor of several aspects of the business: creating systems from scratch, developing our licensing division, and ultimately serving as second in command and the leader of a team with over 1,000 employees.

Scaling to unimaginable Heights

After my tenure as the leader of my organization, I embraced a new role: motherhood. This period, while challenging, has been incredibly defining. It's deepened my understanding of work-life balance, increased my value of time management and efficiency, and taught me how to navigate the challenges of a demanding career while cherishing family.
